The Human Resource Development, Research & Training Division (HRD, R & T) was initially established in 2019, and it has been evolving with the changes of the scope of the Ministry. The Key function of this Division is to upgrade the quality of human capital employed in the Ministry at different capacities including the officers of the Sri Lanka Foreign Service (SLFS) through capacity building programmes and trainings.
