The Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan presents Credentials to Sri Lanka.

The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the concurrence of the Government of Sri Lanka has appointed H.E. Sergey Viktorov as the first resident Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Sri Lanka based in Colombo. He has presented credentials to H.E. Anura Kumara Disanayaka, President of Sri Lanka on 24 July 2025 at 9.30 a.m. at the Presidential Secretariat, Colombo.
