The Government of the State of Eritrea with the concurrence of the Government of Sri Lanka has appointed H.E. Alem Woldemariam as the first Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Eritrea to Sri Lanka based in New Delhi. He has presented credentials to H.E. Anura Kumara Disanayaka, President of Sri Lanka on 24 July 2025 at 9.30 a.m. at the Presidential Secretariat, Colombo.
